There is more than one way to join the company
Southern Light brings together people with all kinds of talents to create ambitious musical theatre.
Some join us on stage. Others bring a production to life through costume, props, scenery, technical theatre and the countless things that happen behind the scenes.
You don't need to already be a member, and you don't need years of experience. If you'd like to be part of what we do, we'd like to hear from you.
On stage
Our casts bring together singers, actors and dancers to take on some of musical theatre's best-loved shows.
Auditions are open to non-members when we're casting a production, so you don't need to already be part of Southern Light to put yourself forward.
Whether you're an experienced performer or looking for an opportunity to get back on stage, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
Behind the scenes
Every production depends on a huge amount of work away from the spotlight. From wardrobe, props and scenery to technical theatre, production support and everything in between, there are plenty of ways to contribute.
You don't need to know exactly where you might fit. If you have useful skills, practical experience, creative ideas - or simply the enthusiasm to get involved - get in touch and tell us a little about yourself.
